Dividend/Shareholder Return

Basic policy regarding shareholder returns

As a lifestyle and culture creation company, our group aims to achieve sustainable growth by continuing to improve the satisfaction of all stakeholders, including shareholders, from a long-term perspective.
Regarding dividends, our basic policy is to continue paying stable dividends while striving to ensure a stable business foundation over the long term.
Therefore, the current dividend amount (90 yen per year) will be the lower limit for the current medium-term management plan period (2021-2023), but we will consider revising it depending on our business performance. In addition, while maintaining stable dividends as our basic policy, we will strive to return profits to shareholders by flexibly acquiring treasury stock while comprehensively considering cash flow, internal reserves, etc.
Regarding internal reserves, our policy is to allocate them to capital investments in core businesses and business fields where growth is expected, and to research and development that can contribute to increased future profits.
