配当・株主還元
株主還元に関する基本方針
当社は、株主還元を重要な経営課題として認識しています。本中期経営計画期間artience2027（2024年～2026年）においては、配当に関しましては、安定した配当を基本としつつ、利益達成時の余剰キャッシュを、戦略投資及び自己株式取得などの株主還元へ充当してまいります。また、総還元性向は50％以上といたします。
Basic Shareholder Return Policy
The Company recognizes shareholder returns as a significant management issue. In the period covered by the current medium-term management plan artience2027 (2024 to 2026.) While pursuing a basic policy of paying stable dividends, the Company will allocate the surplus cash in the event of securing a profit to strategic investments, the acquisition of treasury shares and other forms of shareholder return. The total payoutratio target is set at 50% or more.
